One of our clients reached out to us wanting a super soft employee hoodie that they could do a side wrap print on. We knew just who to call; T-Shirt Tycoon has the ability to print over seams and also provides different fabrics and a “butter wash” to provide soft, softer, and softest options for their products.

“Butterwashing” is a process in which garments go through a series of treatments and are placed into a special washer which makes them not only softer, but it makes the fabric wrinkle resistant and stops the fabric from shrinking during future washes, ensuring that they are worn more often and for a longer amount of time.

For this project, we decided to go with a private labeled, unisex zip hoodie with 80% ring spun fabric, 20% polyester with the added butter wash to make them extra soft. No more scratchy and uncomfortable hoodies that will probably never be worn again; this adds a sense of pride in the workplace knowing that they want everyone to be comfortable, warm, and happy!

The ability to screen print over the seam is a unique perk and uncommon in the industry, and we think it turned out beautiful! Not to mention that these hoodies were private labeled to make them truly one-of-a-kind!
